The problem
Vehicle delivery is still a relationship-driven industry, built around trade shows, referrals, tenders and cold calling. At first glance, LinkedIn is far from an obvious channel in this market.
MyExpressDriver managed its prospecting with two separate tools, Active Campaign for automation and Waalaxy for LinkedIn, without real centralization or a clear view of each salesperson's activity. The goal was to find a clean tool for launching and tracking campaigns without multiplying subscriptions.
The solution
One stack for the whole team
Jova replaced Active Campaign and Waalaxy, reducing the prospecting stack from two tools to one. Multi-user management also gives Marina visibility into the activity of her entire sales team.
Prospecting that strengthens relationships
In an industry where human contact remains central, Jova does not replace trade shows or phone calls. It strengthens the work already happening alongside them and also helps follow up with contacts first approached through another channel.
Smooth day-to-day execution
The team manages its campaigns without spending all day on them. Prospects, invitations and replies are centralized in one place, with sequencing capabilities that stand up to Waalaxy.
Results
- Prospecting stack reduced from two tools to one
- LinkedIn prospect list continuously enriched without manual effort
- 3 hours saved each week on building and tracking prospecting lists
- 3 new key-account opportunities generated each month
- SIXT signed through Jova, a key rental account for the business
These are the first concrete results for a team still ramping up on LinkedIn, with strong potential as the process matures.
